Policies
- All bathing and grooming rates may be subject to change based on the dog's coat condition and size.
- All grooming no-shows and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full rate of the scheduled service.
- Your dog may be with us for 3-5 hours from their scheduled appointment time.
- In the case of matting, a full shave-down may be needed for the comfort of your pet. We will always call first before beginning this service.
- Vaccination requirements for grooming services include Bordetella, Rabies, Distemper, and Canine Influenza. Dogs must be at least 16 weeks old.
