Dog Park
PetSafe introduced the first public dog park to Knoxville. Situated on a little more than 1 acre, the main park includes the following people- and pet-friendly features:
- A natural pond
- Park benches
- Picnic tables
- Walking trails
- Doggie water fountain
- Waste bags and receptacles
- Fun for the whole family
PetSafe Dog Park Rules:
- Park hours are sunrise until sunset
- PetSafe Park is an on-leash park. Please see below for specified off-lead times
- Upon entering you agree to abide by all park rules
- Dogs must be properly vaccinated (DHLPP, Rabies & Bordetella) and it is recommended that they be spayed or neutered
- Puppies under 4 months of age and female dogs in heat are prohibited
- Owners must clean up after their pets, dispose of all pet waste and trash in receptacles
- Dogs with a known history of aggressive behavior are prohibited
- Dogs must wear a collar with identification at all times
- Dogs must be leashed when entering and leaving the park
- Leaving dogs unattended is prohibited and unattended dogs will be impounded
- Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian
- Maximum of three dogs per person, per visit
- Owners are legally responsible for their dogs and any injuries caused to them or by them
- No smoking or alcoholic beverages are permitted in park area
- Soliciting is prohibited on Radio Systems property
Note: Training sessions offered by PetSafe Village are a good way to ensure your dog is properly socialized and will be well-behaved at a dog park.
