Boarding

When you bring your pet to stay with us at PetSafe Village, be sure you also bring:
  • Completed PetSafe Village Registration Packet
  • Vaccination records (all vaccinations must be current for DHLPP, Bordetella, and Rabies - we require a Bordetella vaccine every 6 months)
  • Emergency number
  • Medications with instructions
  • Food (pre-bagged by the meal) and feeding instructions
  • Toys and/or bedding

Rules

    • Credit card on file is required for all boarding reservations.
    • Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to check-in date; otherwise a cancellation fee of $20/pet will be assessed.
    •  After Hours Check-in/out $15/stay. Anytime outside our lobby hours (Monday-Friday, 6am-6pm).
    • Holiday after hours fee $50
    • Boarding Rates: We charge from time in to time out per 24 hours. Anytime over 24 hours, but under charging another night will be charged hourly.
